• Stop production so that production doesn’t have to stop.  Don’t ship junk.

   

• Make problems visible.

   

• Everyone solves problems using simple methods

   

Management Tactics

Get input for value stream mapping

• Map your current process

   

• Ask your customer about value (from The Rimm-Kaufmann Group Blog)

   

• “What, if we stopped doing it, would make you love us more?�?
